These desk name tags are simple, cute, and easy-to-read. Save yourself from buying a new set of desk toppers every year AND from feeling the pressure to hand-write your students’ names perfectly. These name tags do all the work for you!

Choose the design that you like, type your student’s name in the text box (NAME) (using ANY font you have on your computer), print on 8.5″x11″ WHITE cardstock, laminate, and cut out! Do you get new students throughout the year? Make only as many copies as you need, without extras, and without having to buy another entire class set!

If your classroom is using flexible seating, these name tags can be used in 2 ways: 1) as a reference sheet that is placed in student seating areas, or 2) as an attachment onto student folders or notebooks that travel with them throughout the day. The uses are endless!

INCLUDED in this product: FIFTY options for name tags!! Choose the style that works best for your grade level. Each version has a different border color that matches the rainbow theme. There is also a character trait version, that is perfect for upper elementary grades.

EDITING AND PRINTING:

This product is an editable Powerpoint file so you can type the names if you like. You must have Powerpoint installed on your computer in order to edit the file, please see below the font used to have it as I have created it or use your own font.

TO print: make sure the page is set to fit page and check your preview before you push print.

These pages are not transparent because they need to be printed on white card to show the colors clearly. Contact me if you would like it in a transparent background.

*PLEASE NOTE: This product does NOT come with the font displayed in it. You can use any font that you already have installed on your computer.** The only EDITABLE portion of this product is the student’s name, grade, and character trait. The rest of the product is locked and cannot be edited.
